Every year has its own trajectory, it own learning curve. This year we have a good idea, a feel, for what this team can accomplish. We also know that the path to get there is very different from last year. I think it is safe to say that we learned a lot this weekend. Things that we needed to figure out to enable us to take the next step. Sometimes growth hurts but is necessary to get to the ultimate goal. To continue to grow and get better every week is the goal!
