Bud Alcorn's (UMD Lacrosse 2001-2005) father has passed away.

J. Michael (Mike) Alcorn, 61, of Rochester, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 23, after a long battle with cancer, at home with his family around him.
 
A donation is being made to the Special Olympics Rochester Area (SORA) by the Duluth Lacrosse Family in honor of Mike. Please keep Bud and his family in your thoughts and prayers.

The UMD Lacrosse Family extends well beyond the white lines. Bud, Mike and the Alcorn family are big parts of this family. When we step on the field we are not only playing for each other but for all of those who have played before us. We also play for those who have supported and made sacrifices for everyone of us.
